Carolyn Brown is a founding owner of ICON
Consulting, Inc. and has led the expansion of ICI
throughout the life of the company. Carolyn claims
more than 30 years of experience in sales and
management in the IT Consulting Industry including
recruiting, marketing and operations Management.
She has been recognized for her strong leadership,
client development and staff management knowledge.
Prior to the establishment of ICON Consulting, Inc.
Carolyn had started, grew and sold an $18 million
consulting and staffing firm, was Director of Recruiting
for Cap Gemini, and held Sr. rolls in several
nationwide staffing firms.
Ms. Brown currently serves as an expert consultant in
the development and start up of staffing companies
around the US.

Jeff Brown is a founding member and President
of ICON Consulting, Inc., an IT staffing and
consulting company headquartered in Denver,
CO and serving clients throughout the US. Jeff
has been in the staffing and placement industry
for over 12 years working in a wide array of
positions including recruitment, marketing and
management. Prior to working in the staffing
industry, he was the managing director of Vectra
Banks’ mortgage division in Denver, CO.
Jeff has a B.S. in Organizational and Corporate
Communications from Missouri State University.
He is an advisor and mentor to undergraduates at
the university as well as Sigma Pi Epsilon
Fraternity in both Colorado and Missouri.
